BOOTH RENTAL INFORMATION

Please read the rules, regulations, and information below.

Dealer Tables

Tables are $70 each - 6 feet x 2.5 feet and come with 2 chairs. Each vendor will be given  2 badges when entering the show. One for the vendor and one for your partner or helper. Doors for vendors will be open Friday Evening from 5 pm - 10 pm.  We will also have doors open at 6 am on Saturday morning to begin.mTables will need to be set up by 10 am the next day. We will have refreshments available for vendors. We will also have individuals at the door that will help you load and unload your collections.

When it comes to vendor booths - please note we are looking for Vinyl/CD/Cassette/Music equipment dealers. If there is room still available closer to the event, we will look at requests that differ from the booths we are looking to fill.

Refunds

If you purchase a table and are unable to make it to the event please let us know as soon as possible. Tables are limited so we will need to resell your table. We can give refunds up to 1 month prior to event - if it is less than a month from the due date we will only be able to refund if we find a replacement for the table.

Security

The Arlington Hotel has security on the weekends. With that being said - you are responsible for the items at your table. The Hot Springs Vinyl Convention is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will have staff onsite to help keep an eye out for theft.

Time At Booth

To keep the show full at all times you must stay and keep your booth open from start to finish of the show. We will be doing a ton of advertising to keep customers coming all day! There will be a $40 fine if you pack up early - this is to ensure a full day event for individuals that want to come to the show. 

Day Of Event

A week prior to the event we will send an email outlining specific directions regarding parking, set up, and more.

Hotel Stay

Individuals who have a booth at the show will receive a discounted rate for the show. If you plan to stay at the Arlington Hotel, let us or the hotel know and we will ensure the rate.
